Omg not sure where to start.owner, Anthony totally great guy.scott his go to guy amazing.have gotten all our boa constructors and supplies through them. No other place I know of can compare. On a scale of 1-10. They are a 20

Drove all the way from Jacksonville with my boyfriend. The staff is SUPER friendly and highly knowledgeable about all their pets. And they let you hold the birds and play w the ferrets and pet the bunnies. For someone who owns a bird, you want to come here. They have AISLES of items just for birds! They also sell really cute cat trees. They had this cow print cat tower I would’ve gotten if it would’ve fit in my car. They have pretty decent prices on driftwood, but for fish they don’t have a large selection but they have a good decoration section. Overall, a great place to go. Even to just look around. I will be visiting more in the future.

I have been a customer of Mr. Petman since the early 2000s and while I know things are ran a little differently these days and we don’t have as many employees, I waited in the back fish room with another person who had been waiting longer than me…with no employee ever showing up because the front desk employee could not leave the front of the store…so I’ve just walked out of the store without my fish in hand and I’m not very happy about it. Lots of years of coming to the store for my pets needs. I’m afraid I’ll not have to switch to a different store.

Got a great deal on a new puppy tank I've been looking at. I had my baby asleep in the stroller, and they offered to help carry it my car. Absolutely the best! **I love looking at all the animals too**

It's gone downhill over the years, I think the owners may have changed again though, they've rearranged the place & gotten rid of alot of animals they used to have like saltwater fish, the boas & burmese pythons are gone, the monkeys are gone, which is prob a good thing cause the monkeys have been forever looking so sad. Never liked how they kept the animals in such small enclosures & especially alot of the adult snakes are just kept in super small tanks with no burrow. I often see stuck shed or just shed/poop in their tanks just left in there, probably getting them sick before they can even be adopted off. I hope this place gets better & seems to be looking up recently with the small changes. I hope they improve the conditions of some their animal enclosures and are more avid at checking up on every animal to make sure their enclosure is clean. Every time I walk to the fish wall there's just tons of dead fish floating. I used to love coming here but now that I've researched animal care, it just breaks my heart to see some of them are not in the best conditions when I visit here. My other experiences coming here include incorrect handling of rats that were supposed to be feeders f
